Matthew joined EPIC after working for a High Net Worth family office where he was responsible for sourcing real estate investments and third party asset management. Prior to that he was a portfolio manager at Sovereign Partners LLC where he oversaw the management and operations of more than 6 million square feet of office and residential property. Matthew earned his Master of Science in real estate from New York University and his B.S in Finance from Tulane University.
Matthew oversees the US EPIC property management department. He is responsible for all aspects of day-today portfolio operations, as well as identifying new asset management initiatives and maintaining the unrivalled standards of EPIC’s asset management service.
