Alexa joined EPIC in 2010 after serving as CEO for a family real estate office where she was responsible for all facets of the company’s operations. Prior to this Alexa was a loan analyst at Capital Source Finance LLC where she specialized in real estate loan originations. She is a graduate of Babson College with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Alexa is responsible for acquisitions, researching and shortlisting
opportunities that match EPIC’s comprehensive investment criteria then working alongside EPIC’s legal team and partners to oversee the financing. She is also responsible for managing the development of new and existing properties, applying the same meticulous approach to a full building renovation as to the refurbishment of a single space.
