Rob joined EPIC in 2010 as founding partner and Managing Director of Epic Property Asset Management Limited (EPAM). Prior to this he headed up the City Property and Asset Management team at DTZ for 16 years. He is experienced in every aspect of general practice work and has acted for a wide range of clients: from institutions, private and public companies to family trusts, livery companies and individuals.
Rob heads up the EPIC property management function covering all aspects of management. This includes the day-to-day operation of the portfolio, maintaining the property database, identifying asset management initiatives and adding value to the investment portfolio. Rob is a driving force behind the EPAM mission: To banish mediocrity from property asset management.
