Alix joined EPIC in May 2004. She is responsible for new portfolio acquisitions, working closely with Michael to review whether available properties fit EPIC’s stringent investment criteria.
A key liaison for new and existing financial institutions and banks, Alix oversees all aspects of the financing and acquisition of new properties, refinancing of existing assets and partner relations. She is also responsible for project managing the re-development of new and existing buildings, from single floor refurbishments to whole site redevelopments.
