Suzanna joined EPIC in June 2008. Her role includes involvement in property acquisition, from refining the selection of potential opportunities to helping to review the property against EPIC’s rigorous investment criteria.
Once a purchase is agreed, Suzanna works with EPIC’s legal team and partners to oversee the financing of the property. She is also responsible for managing the development of new and existing properties, applying the same attention to detail whether it be a full building refurbishment or a simple update of the reception area.
