EPIC has formed partnerships in Germany with local retail developers and as such has been able to build a portfolio of newly developed supermarket investments.

All the properties were pre-let to the top supermarket operators in Germany such as Edeka, Plus and Rewe.

The investments are spread throughout Germany and all produce a high return on the equity invested.
