Michael's key strength is his ability to identify unique opportunities and understand how significant value can be added to new and existing acquisitions within the portfolio.

His strong, well-defined leadership style ensures that he is able to turn his long-term vision of consistently growing EPIC's global presence into a reality. In realising that vision, he works closely with his brother Steven in New York and with an experienced London-based team.

EPIC's investment strategy is to secure low risk and high return investments that are acquired and financed with low leverage, long term fixed rate finance.

This balance of value calculation and risk, coupled with sound financing, has allowed the company to consistently increase the value of its portfolio.

As a result of its successful track record, EPIC has also raised equity finance on both sides of the Atlantic from private, high net worth individuals and financial institutions, creating lucrative opportunities through limited partnerships and joint ventures. Its partnerships are built on lasting relationships and trust, and strengthened by shared objectives.

EPIC has consistently delivered high yields from an ever-growing portfolio. EPIC owns and manages approximately 2 million sq ft of residential, commercial, office and retail space, with a value in excess of $1.5 billion.
